Not too long ago we took Murphy to our friend's house to play with their baby who is an 8 month old Great Dane. We thought this was a great idea, but as you can see Samson is already much bigger than Murphy. That didn't really bother Murphy much. They immediately took to each other and started playing with their tales wagging and everything. The funny thing was that Murphy could run circles around Samson because Samson is so clumsy. He hasn't really learned to use those long legs. After several minutes of running, Murphy got tired and wanted to rest. Samson did not like that idea...
Murphy kept on trying to get to the water bowl, but Samson kept following him and would not leave him alone for one second. Below is Julie Ann trying to get Samson away from Murphy so that Murphy could get a drink. Murphy actually growled at Samson and the poor dog didn't get a clue. Fortunately, they still liked each other at the end. However, we do feel that it will be quite a while before we take Murphy to play with Samson again. He was so worn out for the rest of the day that we think he was just looking at us saying, "what in the world was that?"

Wow, it seems like I blinked and you posted three blogs. Nice work. I especially appreciate seeing Addie Grace--she's really grown!
