Waiting and Waiting...

This is Jill with our friend Elise at our baby shower given to us by the church. Elise had her baby boy this week, so now it's our turn! We're still just waiting around for our son to decide that it's time to make his grand entrance into the world. Reed (Derek and Elise's new baby) is also getting anxious to meet his pre-determined best friend. It seems that our son is going to have lots of great boys to hang out with. We found out on Thursday that Brian and Kym (Jill's brother and sister-in-law) are having a boy! He's coming in June. We're quite excited about that! And, of course he has his older cousin Luke to play with who was born last June. Here is a picture of Aunt Jill with Luke. Luke's getting pretty anxious to meet his new cousin also. But of course as you can imagine, we are the ones who are most excited to meet this little guy that's been inside Jill for the past 38 weeks. It's officially 2 weeks to the due date and we couldn't be more anxious and excited. Murphy is also pretty anxious and excited and has been super clingy to us lately. We're giving him all the love and attention he deserves and trying to explain to him why his house as he knows it has been turned upside down. The nursery is pretty much ready and our major remodeling project is finished. Jill isn't working any more due to her increased blood pressure (which came down after 3 days off work, but the doctor won't let her go back since being off work is what made it come down). So, needless to say we're ready to meet this little guy. I guess we're as ready as we can be..............we're pretty confident that there is nothing to really prepare us.
