Fun-filled Friday!

Friday morning we decided to take Dan and Glenda to show them the children's museum and to let Jack go do something fun in honor of his birthday. This was Jack's 2nd time to the museum in the past few weeks, so we let him show his grandparents the ropes! It was a lot of fun. We have a membership there now which is great. You could seriously do something different every time you go. This time Jack got to sit in the race car and look at the real train (which we had to do with grandpa) and ride a lion on the carousel .
After we left the children's museum, we went to Uno Chicago for lunch where Jack got a free dessert of our choice! And, they sang to him and everything! The adults ate the dessert but we did give Jack 1 or 2 bites of ice cream! He really enjoyed the singing. I left my camera in the car so didn't get any pictures of this exciting event...oh well. Friday afternoon, my parents (Gram and Grandaddy) arrived in town from Knoxville. So, Friday night we had Grandpa, GG, Grandaddy, Gram, Uncle Brian, Aunt Kym, Addie Grace, and Sawyer at our house for dinner. The best part of the night was watching Jack feed his younger cousin cheerios!
I know that you are probably most anxious to see pictures of Jack's party and cake eating. Don't worry........I'm getting there eventually. Next post coming - the party!
