2 Months Old

Where have the past 2 months gone? Tatum Elizabeth is growing so fast! I feel like she has just really filled out in the past month. She is starting to outgrow some of her 0-3 month clothes. Yesterday she wore a 3-6 month sized outfit and it fit her perfectly. She is starting to settle into a more predictable feeding schedule/routine. She has been sleeping through the night (most nights) for the past week and a half or so. She doesn't like to sleep during the day unless someone is holding her or we are on the go (a.k.a. she is in the car seat). About every other day she will take a longer nap in her crib in the afternoon without being held but other than that.....she takes a lot of cat naps during the day while being held. Sometimes it's difficult because I can't put her down but at the same time..........she isn't going to want to be held forever. So, I really try to relish the moment and enjoy all our snuggle time.

Tatum is starting to smile and laugh a little. But, she doesn't just give out smiles too freely....you really have to work at it! That's why there aren't many pictures of her smiles. But, I did manage to take this one when she was starting to smile. Don't you just want to squeeze her little fat cheeks??
Tatum is going to be a great little sister! She really takes a lot from Jack already. He will just get all up in her face in an effort to make her smile or laugh and she just looks at him and never complains. She will usually smile for him when he sings her a song.

Tatum is also definitely going to be a daddy's girl. As soon as he gets home from the office each day, she is so happy! She loves to be in her daddy's arms and is quite comfortable there!
